Course Description: Students must gather data to analyze and study ethical, scientific, and social issues. This course will teach the difference between private and public law. Students will study constitutional law and private law institutions in depth. “Constitutional law” will cover principles of the legal system and conflicts. “Private law institutions” will cover concepts such as the person, the contract, the family, property, obligations, public v. private goods, and different types of laws (civil, commercial, case, etc..).
