Course Description:
This course teaches the basic principles of designing and creating a safe and healthy work environment. Work plays a central role in the lives of many people. For most people, work has a beneficial influence. Work is not only a source of income, but also provides regularity, interesting challenges, societal respect, personal development, and the opportunity to interact with others.
The main objective of this course is to provide a psychological framework for analyzing and (re) designing work and the psychosocial work environment, aimed at promoting health and safety of the company and its employees.
