The Restoration against its traditional enemies: Republicans and Carlists (1875-1892). 4. The violent protest of the urban lower sectors: from anarchist terrorism to the "Tragic Week" (1893-1909). 5. Spies, workers and somatenes: socio-labour violence in the postwar period (1917-1923). 6. Institutional violence and armed resistance during the Dictatorship of Primo de Rivera (1923-1930) 7. Myth and reality of violence during the Second Republic (1931-1936). 8. Violence and repression during the Franco regime (1936-1959). 9.
