The learner can understand and use familiar and everyday expressions as well as very simple statements aimed at satisfying concrete needs. He can introduce himself or someone and ask a person questions about him - for example: where he lives, his relations, what belongs to him, etc. – and can answer the same type of questions. He can communicate in a simple way if the interlocutor speaks slowly and distinctly and is cooperative.
