During the sessions will be taught the challenges that are faced by business managers competing in a global economy. Special emphasis will be placed in subjects such as: the macroeconomics and political forces influencing the conduction of international business, the impact of cultural aspects on entrance to foreign markets, the design and implementation of strategies regarding the entrance on foreign markets, and the building of the organizational infrastructure needed to launch and control the conduction of international business operations.
