Course Description:
One of the 4 Japanese 4-Level courses to be taken by exchange students. This course puts an emphasis on reading skills, learning grammar and introducing new vocabulary to the students while expecting them to remember how to read various Kanji without the hiragana reading being provided to them. Students are expected to read and fully comprehend the meaning of written passages in the textbook, answering questions regarding the contents of the reading.
