Seminars II and III in the spring semester will discuss issues related to "group behaviors" and "organizational systems" based on knowledge of individual behaviors acquired in Seminar I. In particular, we will deepen our knowledge by exploring a variety of topics, such as organizational communication, leadership, power, conflict, organizational structure and so on. Students' skills in presenting and discussing the ideas and information will be exercised and reinforced.
