The aim is for the student to be able to:
-Reflect on the elements that make up the corporate culture of a multinational company, as well as all the areas that comprise it.
-Reflect on the world of corporations and their role in today's society. Understand the origin of corporations, their evolution and objectives, as well as the obligations and corporate social responsibility of a company as an institution at the service of society.
-Establish the areas in which a multinational company must be attentive when preventing possible cultural clashes.
-Understand some of the key components of Spanish corporate culture and establish which aspects are different from those of the corporate culture of origin.
-Create strategies to interact successfully with native speakers in conflict situations that occur in the workplace.
