It will first discuss the historical backgrounds and developments of the Constitution and highlight the governing Constitutional principals. Then, the course will cover topics related to but not limited to the federal system, relationship between the federal and state Constitution, and the enumerated rights protected under the Constitution, and its implications in modern U.S. society.
