The course aims to present and discuss theoretical frameworks and models that may be used to formulate and implement business-level strategies. In particular, students will develop the competence to analyze:
Industry characteristics and evolution;
Sources and dimensions of competitive advantage;
How to create a competitive advantage in different industries.
Through the use of cases and simulations, students will experience managerial roles and apply knowledge and tools to relevant management situations.
