On completion of the course students should be able to:
• Find the equation of a line satisfying given criteria and sketch the graph.
• Solve systems of linear equations in two variables.
• Solve inequalities and systems of inequalities with a variety of algorithms.
• Perform Matrix operations.
• Use matrices to solve systems of equations in two or three variables.
• Set up, solve and interpret the results of a Linear Program.
• Understand Mathematical Logic Statements and the use of truth tables.
• Learn and demonstrate the use of finance concepts and formulas.
• Generate interest, annuity and loan tables.
• Use and understand the principles of counting and probability theory.
• Apply the above concepts and use them to solve real world business problems.
