This module explores the strategic nature and integrity of whatever is planned, executed and evaluated to achieve good governance, through a focus on:
• Strategic function: definition, planning, execution and evaluation of the purpose of an
initiative by means of strategic planning as well as programme and project management
techniques;
• Resources: strategies for utilisation of financial, human and information resources in
serving the purpose; and
• Structure: The utilisation of organisational development (OD) techniques to acquire the
appropriate organisational framework by which the purpose is served.
