The aim of the course is to introduce students to the multiple European realities and to provide the necessary tools for understanding how the EU can face different challenges in an ever-changing world. This interdisciplinary course will permit students to approach these major issues through the lenses of political science, law, economics and history. Throughout the course, the lectures will allow participants to acquire a fundamental understanding of the evolution of European integration and of the political, judicial, and economic instruments of the European Union that have developed over the years, as well as the role of the EU on the international stage.
