Course Description:
Presentation of modern French, in parallel with some aspects studied in the CM "Language in History": elements for the analysis of the sentence (levels of analysis, grammatical classes and basic syntactic functions) in connection with a reflection grammatical spelling (chords, conjugation); lexical morphology (lexicon formation) centered on the processes of derivation, composition and conversion, to which are added other modes of introduction into the language (borrowing, acronyms, word-suit). The work media are texts of various origins, not exclusively literary.
