Course Description:
The course aims to cover different approaches to entrepreneurship and core concepts such as innovation, opportunities, people, media markets, operations, as well as practical aspects such as acting entrepreneurially, developing a respective mindset, and generating new ideas. This is complemented by an understanding of conceptualizing and managing change from a processual perspective. On this basis, we discuss the possibilities and strategies of managing innovation and entrepreneurship in media and creative industries.
