The course focuses on consumer/audience behavior, more specifically people’s attitudes towards specific businesses/organizations/products/services/artists, what factors contribute to their attraction to those products, and why they continue to make the same choices. On the other hand, the course topic is also meant to research upon and give a better understanding regarding individuals’ ‘attachment’ to specific brands, and possible reasons behind their refusal to acknowledge the quality of others.
