The course aims to familiarize students with the interplay between economics (and
economic development) and environmental issues. The theoretical objective is to give
an in-depth introduction to the principles of environmental and ecological economics.
The more practical objective is that students get acquainted with basic concepts related
to environmental management and more specifically with environmental management
accounting.
