In this course, students will be introduced to models and theories of cognitive psychology which seek to understand the nature of human memory, problem solving and the interplay of cognition and emotion. On completion, student will be able to describe and critically analyze the various theoretical approaches to the study of
human memory, of how emotional information is processed, and the cognitive differences between novices and experts in problem solving.
