The first step in this course is to grasp what Japanese firm system is. In the second step， students are required to consider how Japanese firm system should/can be understood in terms of the current economic globalization and global businesses. How has Japanese firm system been changing? How should Japanese firm system be changed for keeping or enhancing competitiveness of Japanese firms in global markets? In the third step， students need to consider their future business careers based on what they learn in this course. How do you want to shape and enhance your future career in globalization? What company and what kind of job do you want to choose? Exchange ideas among students including international students.
