This course uses multiple teaching methods including lectures, case studies, and experiential exercises. Not only theoretical analysis, but practical application skills are emphasized. Active participation and knowledgeable discussion are highly expected in each session. Each student should take part in the case discussion and make meaningful comments on both the readings and the experiences in the classroom. One of the most important skills in today’s business world is the ability to work effectively in teams. To give you more practice, you will usually work with your learning team for class performance. So, another aspect of participation is how well you help your learning team accomplish the tasks and exercises assigned both during and outside class.
