The purpose of this course is to re-examine and contemplate one of the
strongest sense of political belonging, nation and its philosophical
architect, nationalism. Readings will explore recent literature on the
formation of nation and the development of nationalism, while being attentive
to other forms of sub-national and supranational collective identities.
