If designed and managed properly, these networks are a crucial source of competitive advantage for both manufacturing and service enterprises. Each day, world-class companies such as Amazon, Apple, Dell, and Zara try to leverage their supply chain management (SCM) capabilities to achieve profitable growth far ahead of their competition. This module develops a framework of Supply Chain drivers that helps students understand and predict the financial performance of a firm’s supply chain strategy.
